Elan Group to Pour Rs 1,600 Crore into Luxury Housing in Gurugram

Elan Group is investing Rs 1,600 crore in a luxury housing project, 'Elan The Statement', in Gurugram, highlighting strong demand. The group's portfolio includes 15 projects across Gurugram and New Delhi. Additionally, they plan a Rs 3,000 crore project, 'Elan The Emperor', on Dwarka Expressway.

Elan Group, a real estate giant, announced a substantial investment of Rs 1,600 crore into a new luxury housing project in Gurugram, as demand skyrockets in the region.

The new venture, ‘Elan The Statement’, is a 6-acre development situated in Sector 49, Gurugram, comprising 230 apartments. This follows a series of expansions by the company, signaling robust growth in luxury real estate.

Earlier this year, the group unveiled plans for 'Elan The Emperor', a high-end project on Dwarka Expressway, further underlining the company’s ambition in Gurugram's real estate market.
