Elan Group to Pour Rs 1,600 Crore into Luxury Housing in Gurugram

The new venture, 'Elan The Statement', is a 6-acre development situated in Sector 49, Gurugram, comprising 230 apartments. This follows a series of expansions by the company, signaling robust growth in luxury real estate.

Earlier this year, the group unveiled plans for 'Elan The Emperor', a high-end project on Dwarka Expressway, further underlining the company's ambition in Gurugram's real estate market.
