Havells India, a leading consumer electrical goods manufacturer, has reported a significant 7.9% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 300.05 crore for the third quarter ending December 2025. The strong quarterly performance was primarily driven by the company's thriving cable and wire business.

The company's revenue from operations climbed 14.3% to Rs 5,587.89 crore during the period, showcasing a robust uptick from Rs 4,888.98 crore in the previous fiscal's corresponding quarter. This growth came amidst modest overall consumption trends but was invigorated by festive season demand.

Even though the company's total expenses grew by 13.4% to Rs 5,189.33 crore, sectors like Switchgears and electrical consumer durables posted gains. Meanwhile, the lighting segment suffered a slight decline, and revenue from the acquired Lloyd Consumer division saw a decrease. Havells also announced a 400% interim dividend, rewarding shareholders richly.
