In Punjab's Toba Tek Singh district, a heart-wrenching accident claimed seven lives, including those of three women, when a bus and a motorcycle-rickshaw collided on Monday.
The collision occurred near a town approximately 200 kilometers from Lahore. Emergency services reported that a speeding bus from Faisalabad crashed head-on with the motorcycle-rickshaw traveling in the opposite direction.
Police have confirmed that all seven deceased were passengers in the ill-fated rickshaw. In the aftermath, the bus driver fled, prompting authorities to register a case, while three injured individuals were hospitalized in critical condition.
