Upon impact, the object struck the woman’s face, causing severe injuries that left her bleeding and alarmed nearby passengers. In a state of panic, they quickly reacted by pulling the emergency chain, resulting in the train's halt and immediate medical response for the injured woman.

The injured woman was taken to a hospital for treatment, while government railway police initiated an investigation.
