In his new capacity, Manish plans to implement a focused India Growth Agenda by building world-class operational capabilities and reinforcing Mars' leadership in the pet food industry. The market is projected to grow into a USD 2 billion category within a decade. Manish's experience and leadership qualities make him a strong fit for the role.
Manish succeeds Salil Murthy, who will now head the Enterprise Transformation as Global Vice President.
