Tiger Woods remains optimistic about a return to competitive golf, with the Masters still on the horizon. Having undergone back surgery in October, Woods has yet to set a definitive comeback date.

During a presser ahead of the Genesis Invitational at Pacific Palisades, he dispelled any notion of skipping the April Masters.

The 15-time major winner continues to work on recovery, particularly addressing a sore back after lumbar disc replacement and overcoming Achilles surgery from March. His focus is on building strength and endurance to compete at the highest level once more.
