KEC International Secures Mega Global Orders Amidst Geopolitical Challenges

KEC International, a key player in the Power Transmission & Distribution sector, has secured Rs 1,476 crore in new global orders. The company expands its portfolio with significant projects in Saudi Arabia and Africa, signaling continued investment despite geopolitical hurdles.

KEC International, part of the RPG Group, announced securing new orders totaling Rs 1,476 crore for Transmission & Distribution projects. These projects span multiple regions including India, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas, highlighting KEC's global reach and influence in the sector.

The new orders consist of significant projects like 380 kV Transmission lines, substations, and EHV cabling in Saudi Arabia, and 132 kV Transmission lines in Africa. This development showcases a continued investment in the Middle Eastern and African markets despite current geopolitical challenges.

Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO of KEC International, expressed satisfaction with the order wins, stating they have bolstered the company's international order book, which now stands at Rs 22,800 crore for the year. KEC International continues to assert its presence in over 110 countries, providing a range of services in Power Transmission, Distribution, and associated verticals.
