The long-awaited Metro Line 9 service connecting Dahisar East and Mira Bhayandar will officially open on April 6, according to Maharashtra's Transport Minister Pratap Sarnaik.
During a press conference, Sarnaik explained that the inauguration was postponed due to pending safety approvals, which have now been secured. "We've set the date for April 6 to launch the service," Sarnaik stated.
This new route is expected to ease transportation woes in the region, answering a long-standing demand for improved connectivity among residents.
