Kalpataru's Impressive Growth: Realty Firm Reports Strong Sales Bookings

Kalpataru Ltd, a Mumbai-based real estate developer, reported a 6% increase in sales bookings for the fourth quarter of the last fiscal, reaching Rs 1,833 crore. For the 2025-26 fiscal year, the company's pre-sales grew by 17%, hitting Rs 5,280 crore, up from Rs 4,531 crore the previous year.

Kalpataru Ltd, a prominent real estate developer based in Mumbai, has released its sales data for the fourth quarter, showcasing a 6% rise in sales bookings, totaling Rs 1,833 crore.

The firm, renowned for its realty projects across the country, managed to increase its pre-sales from Rs 1,724 crore recorded in the same period last year.

Further reflecting its robust market presence, Kalpataru's annual sales bookings for the 2025-26 fiscal year experienced a 17% upturn, climbing to Rs 5,280 crore, as conveyed in a recent regulatory submission.
