The bus was carrying attendees from Andhra Pradesh who were returning from a wedding held in Dharmasthala. Witnesses say the driver lost control of the vehicle at a curve, leading to the mishap.

Those with serious injuries were swiftly transported to Wenlock District Hospital, while others with minor injuries received treatment at local private hospitals.
