Blue Star Climbs 17% in Q4 Profit Amid Challenging Year

Blue Star Ltd reported a 17% surge in its consolidated net profit for the March quarter of FY26, reaching Rs 227.18 crore, driven by exceptional item gains and reduced tax liabilities.
The air-conditioning giant's revenue from operations experienced a slight increase of 1.32%, totaling Rs 4,072.06 crore. The company reversed provisions related to the Labour Codes, contributing to the profit rise.
Chairman Vir S Advani noted FY26 as challenging but maintained a positive outlook for FY27, despite potential hurdles such as increased input costs and supply chain issues from the Middle East crisis.
