Yazu, a distinguished name in Pan-Asian dining, has broadened its global footprint by launching Yazu Galle at the Radisson Blu Resort in Galle, Sri Lanka. This marks the brand's inaugural venture beyond Indian borders, aiming to deliver an authentic yet modern gastronomic experience to both local and international patrons.

The restaurant, co-founded by Ranbir Singh Nagpal and Atul Chopra, is nestled on a scenic beachfront, perfectly encapsulating the essence of Asian craftsmanship. It presents a unique blend of authentic Japanese, Thai, and Cantonese culinary art, complemented by an innovative beverage program that sets new standards in the local dining scene.

Designed by the renowned Sumessh Menon, the architecture of Yazu Galle radiates the relaxed elegance of a rural Asian food spot. This tropical haven offers an intimate dining ambiance enriched by elements like bespoke cane pendant lamps and an awe-inspiring prefabricated timber structure, creating a serene yet striking environment.
