TVS Motor Company Rides High with Strong Profit Increase
TVS Motor Company reported a 17.5% rise in net profit for Q4 2026, reaching Rs 819.55 crore, spurred by strong vehicle sales. Revenue climbed to Rs 15,052.73 crore amidst a notable surge in motorcycle, scooter, and electric vehicle sales. Total fiscal year profit rose to Rs 3,186.43 crore.
TVS Motor Company Ltd has announced a substantial 17.5% increase in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2026, which now stands at Rs 819.55 crore. This performance was largely driven by robust sales of two-wheelers and three-wheelers.
The company, through a regulatory filing, revealed that its Q4 consolidated revenue from operations has jumped to Rs 15,052.73 crore, compared to Rs 11,542 crore during the same quarter last year. Sales figures showed a 28% rise in overall two-wheeler and three-wheeler sales, reaching 15.60 lakh units.
Particularly noteworthy was the significant growth in electric vehicle sales, which soared by 51% to 1.15 lakh units. Expenses for the quarter also increased, totaling Rs 13,746.18 crore. For the fiscal year 2026, TVS Motor's total net profit rose to Rs 3,186.43 crore, with operational revenues hitting Rs 56,069.52 crore.
