The group plans further expansion, particularly in the Middle East market, under the leadership of Chairman Anuj Puri.
Real estate powerhouse Anarock Group reported a significant revenue increase of 25% for the fiscal year 2025-26, citing a surge in housing demand and vibrant leasing activities for office and retail spaces as key drivers. The company's earnings rose to Rs 946 crore, a substantial leap from Rs 755 crore in the previous year, shared Chairman Anuj Puri.
In a recent interview, Puri emphasized the firm's ongoing commitment to aggressive growth, attributing this trajectory to the resilient nature of India's real estate market. Housing transactions alone contributed Rs 442 crore, while other segments such as office leasing, strategic consultancy, and hospitality also showed strong performance.
Looking ahead, Anarock is set to broaden its scope, eyeing expansion into the lucrative Middle East market. The company, which raised Rs 200 crore in 2024 for growth initiatives, has appointed Aayush Puri as CEO – Residential for this region, notably enriching their strategic vision and outreach.
