Haryana Greenlights Industrial Regularisation Policy

In a significant policy shift, the Haryana cabinet has sanctioned amendments aimed at regularising unauthorised industrial establishments. The decision, taken during a meeting led by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, seeks to bolster civic amenities and infrastructure statewide.

The amendments, part of the Haryana Management of Civic Amenities and Infrastructure Deficient Areas Outside Municipal Area (Special Provisions) Amendment Act, 2025, are designed to extend the benefits previously available to residential zones to industrial colonies. Eligible areas must cover at least 10 acres and comprise a minimum of 50 industrial units.

An online portal will be launched, enabling entrepreneurs to apply for recognition of infrastructure-deficient areas and the subsequent regularisation of their establishments, ensuring transparent, efficient processing. This move promises relief for numerous industrial outfits, advancing infrastructure development and compliance across Haryana.
