If held, the strike is set to disrupt the operations of state-run transport corporations, including the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) and its subsidiaries, affecting public transport statewide. KSRTC management warns employees against participation, citing disciplinary action under the Karnataka Essential Services Maintenance Act (KESMA), 2013.
