Bajel Projects has reported a remarkable increase in its net profit for the fourth quarter of FY 2025-26, reaching Rs 14.14 crore, which marks almost a three-fold rise compared to Rs 4.82 crore in the same period last year. The increase is primarily due to higher income.

During the January to March period, Bajel Projects' total income climbed to Rs 1,014.52 crore, up from Rs 808.02 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. The company's board has proposed a final dividend of Rs 0.60 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, pending shareholder approval.
