COWRKS Expands Chennai Presence with Launch of 6 New Coworking Spaces

COWRKS, supported by Brookfield Properties, has inaugurated six coworking locations in Chennai featuring nearly 4,000 workstations. This expansion elevates their presence, now operating 10 centres in the city. Nationwide, COWRKS runs 50 centres with more than 30,200 desks across major urban areas in India.

COWRKS, a co-working space provider backed by Brookfield Properties, has launched six new centres in Chennai, introducing over 3,900 desks to address the escalating demand for managed office spaces.

The company announced the addition of these new locations on Friday, expanding its total Chennai offering from four centres to ten, effectively doubling its capacity to almost 5 lakh square feet and approximately 6,800 desks.

COWRKS promotes its presence in major cities like Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, and Hyderabad, currently managing a portfolio comprising 50 operational centres, together covering more than 2.4 million square feet and providing 30,200 desks nationwide.
