Mizoram Media Mourns the Loss of Veteran Journalist Lalhlupuia

In a significant loss to the Mizoram media community, esteemed journalist and Champhai District Mizoram Journalists' Association (MJA) president Lalhlupuia passed away on Friday at the age of 65 after battling cancer. He died at his Champhai home early in the morning.
Lalhlupuia was a pivotal figure, serving as editor of 'Lenrual', a local newspaper, and as a correspondent for All India Radio in Aizawl. Known for his relentless dedication to journalism and community service, he strengthened media outreach in Champhai. Chief Minister Lalduhoma and Home Minister K Sapdanga expressed their condolences, highlighting his immense contribution to information dissemination and public service.
The MJA and other organizations, including the Young Mizo Association, mourned his passing, emphasising his integral role in community engagement and leadership.
