Salil Parekh, Infosys' Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, experienced a minor increase in his total remuneration to Rs 82.60 crore in the fiscal year 2025-26, reflecting a 2 percent rise from the previous year. This information was revealed in Infosys' FY26 annual report.
Of Parekh's compensation, a significant portion came from stock options worth Rs 50.75 crore, while his fixed salary was Rs 8.50 crore. Meanwhile, Infosys' financial results demonstrated strong performance, with a net profit increase of 20.8 percent and a 13.4 percent revenue growth in the last quarter of FY26.
Despite these earnings, Chairman Nandan Nilekani opted not to receive any remuneration for his role. The company forecasts revenue growth for FY27 between 1.5 and 3.5 percent in constant currency.
