Mallcom India Boosts PPE Production with New Sanand Facility

Mallcom India Limited, a leading PPE manufacturer, has inaugurated its 17th facility in Sanand, Gujarat, with a substantial investment. The plant aims to bolster domestic production capabilities, enhance job creation, and promote innovative, sustainable practices, positioning itself as a competitive alternative to imported safety gear.

Mallcom India Limited, a prominent player in the personal protective equipment (PPE) market, has unveiled its latest manufacturing plant in Sanand, Gujarat, marking a significant step in the company's growth trajectory. With an investment exceeding INR 100 crore, this state-of-the-art facility is set to expand Mallcom's manufacturing capabilities and workforce significantly.

The Sanand facility, which is Mallcom's 17th manufacturing unit, currently employs over 200 people, a figure expected to surpass 300 by the next year. The plant features an array of production lines, including those for NBR and PU gloves, injection moulding, and safety helmets, aligning with the company's commitment to innovative and sustainable manufacturing practices.

Under the guidance of Executive Director Mr. Giriraj Mall, the facility emphasizes reducing reliance on imported materials by enhancing local production. This strategic move aligns with the 'Make in India' initiative and positions Mallcom as a formidable domestic PPE supplier. The Sanand plant integrates advanced technologies and adheres to rigorous safety and environmental standards, reaffirming Mallcom's dedication to quality and sustainable growth.
