Kauvery Hospital, located in Salem, Tamil Nadu, has made significant strides in public health preparedness by organizing a comprehensive Basic Life Support (BLS) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training session at Salem Railway Station. This program, conducted in collaboration with the railway administration, engaged over 100 railway employees and citizens, enhancing their emergency response capabilities.

The AED is an invaluable tool during sudden cardiac arrest, analyzing heart rhythms and delivering shocks to restore function and improve survival rates.
