Orient Paper Q4 net profit surges over two-fold to Rs 32.42 cr
CK Birka group firm Orient Paper on Thursday reported over two-fold jump in its standalone net profit to Rs 32.42 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 15.78 crore during the January-March a year ago, Orient Paper said in a regulatory filing.
Its total income during the quarter under review stood at Rs 201.68 crore, up 9.09 per cent, against Rs 184.86 crore in the corresponding quarter previous fiscal. Orient Paper's total expenses was at Rs 171.64 crore during the period.
Meanwhile, Orient Paper in a separate filing informed the BSE that its board has recommended a final Dividend of Re 0.60 per equity share (60 per cent). Shares of Orient Paper Ltd Thursday settled at Rs 33.30 on BSE, up 1.37 per cent from previous close.
