A delegation of Jet Airways staff met Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today and reportedly said that they are ready to work for less salary, but want Jet Airways to come back. Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis has assured that the government will intervene after 23rd May, the date when results of ongoing Lok Sabha elections are expected to be announced.

After running out of cash, the full-service carrier Jet Airways temporarily shut down operations on April 17 and a bidding process is underway with final bidders expected to be known soon.
