ICC issues arrest warrants for two Taliban leaders

The ‌International Criminal Court said ‌on Monday it had issued ‌arrest warrants for ‌two Taliban leaders, Haibatullah ⁠Akhundzada, the ⁠Taliban supreme spiritual leader, ⁠and Abdul Hakim Haqqani, who has ⁠served as chief ⁠justice since 2021.
