France backs EU Commission's decision to avert debt action on Italy - Le Maire

France supports the European Commission's decision to avert a debt procedure against Italy, Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire said on Monday.

"I think it was a good decision," Le Maire told reporters before a meeting of eurozone finance ministers that will discuss Italy's public finances.
