Twitter goes frenzy over Electric Picnic ticket glitches; Three Ireland responds

Electric Picnic 2019 edition is set to kick-start on 30th August but many fans are disappointed over not being able to book tickets despite "preparing" for hours in advance. Tickets have been sold out for months but 3Plus customers who missed out were expected to get another chance as buying the tickets.

But glitches in the app and a limited number of tickets spoiled the dreams of many fans. "#ElectricPicnic" was trending on Twitter in Ireland as fans expressed their anger over not being able to buy Electric Picnic tickets.

Some people even questioned if tickets were on sale.

Three Ireland has confirmed that there were some issues with the 3Plus app due to high-demand.
