Boeing CEO says continuing to make "steady progress" on lifting 737 MAX ban -internal email

Boeing Co-Chief Executive Officer Dennis Muilenburg told employees that the world's largest planemaker continues to make "steady progress" toward lifting a worldwide safety ban of its 737 MAX following deadly crashes.

In the email Sunday evening local time to all Boeing employees, Muilenburg also encouraged employees to speak to managers if they have questions about the leaked 2016 instant messages from an ex-pilot describing erratic 737 MAX software behavior.
