The birth anniversary of the former President of India Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan occurs on September 5. On his birthday, the whole country celebrates September 5 as Teacher's Day. Radhakrishnan was the conductor of Indian culture, an eminent educationist, and a great philosopher.

He had said that wherever there is any learning from anywhere, one should take off in his life. He used to talk about emphasizing the intellectual development of students more than teaching. He maintained a very pleasant atmosphere during his studies. He was awarded Bharat Ratna in 1954.
