Maha: Jalna ZP starts 'super 30' coaching programme for NEET, JEE exams

The Jalna Zilla Parishad in Maharashtra has started a programme to help students from schools under its jurisdiction to clear highly competitive exams like JEE and NEET, an official said on Sunday.

Under 'Project Super 30', a total of 30 students were chosen from 602 students from 32 ZP schools and seven Kasturba Gandhi balika vidyalayas who sat for exams at four centres in Jalna, the official said.

''These 30 exceptional students will be given training for which expert teachers have been appointed for intensive morning and evening coaching sessions,'' Project Officer Prabhakar Shinde said.

''All the students come from financially backward families and would not have been able to afford high tuition fees for such coaching. The project, which was launched by ZP CEO Varsha Meena, will help them with all expenses,'' he said.
