Kumar holds charge as VC of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University

Dr N Kumar assumed charge as the Vice-Chancellor of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) here Friday. Born in Kadukkarai village of Kanyakumari district, Kumar was dean (horticulture) of TNAU here from July 2009 to June 2013.
He has a rich professional experience of 36 years in research, teaching, extension, farm management and has held various administrative posts, a press release from TNAU release said.
