The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with private institution Medhavi Skills University (MSU) to develop tailored skill-based degree and diploma programs specifically for the wards of CRPF personnel.
These industry-aligned, UGC-recognized courses, as per the National Education Policy 2020 and the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF), will aim to boost the employability prospects of CRPF families' children. The courses will include practical learning elements through MSU's industry partners, with a minimum qualification of class 10 or 12 or an equivalent certificate.
Radha, President of the Regional CRPF Family Welfare Association, accompanied by Pankaj Kumar, DIG, and MSU co-founder Kuldip Sarma signed the MoU on August 13 in Siliguri. Alongside these initiatives, similar MoUs have been signed with the Indian Army, Air Force, Navy, SSB, and Assam Rifles over the past two years.
