The Education Ministry has unveiled the 9th edition of the National Institute of Ranking Framework (NIRF), positioning KIIT-DU at 15th among India's top 100 universities, a one-place rise from last year.

KIIT's law program has also gained recognition, securing 11th place among the top 40 law institutes, up by one rank. Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), under KIIT, rose to 25th among the top 50 medical colleges, and clinched the 22nd position in the dental category.
