In response to persistent demands from exam aspirants, the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has announced significant changes to its examination schedule. The Review Officer (RO) and Assistant Review Officer (ARO) exams have been postponed, while the Provincial Civil Services (PCS) preliminary exam will follow the old pattern.
This decision was made public as a number of aspirants gathered outside the UPPSC office, protesting to ensure the exams are conducted in a single shift. The UPPSC has also initiated a committee to review the examinations of RO and ARO, promising to address aspirants' concerns effectively.
