India Aids Education Enhancement in Nepal with New School Building
India has funded a new school building in Nepal’s Sunsari district. The foundation stone was laid by Nepali Congress MP Gyanendra Bahadur Karki and India's deputy embassy head in Nepal, Prasanna Shrivastava. The Tribhuvan Secondary School, established in 1958, will benefit from this $200,000 grant.

The foundation stone for a new school building, funded by India, has been laid in Nepal's Sunsari district.
Gyanendra Bahadur Karki of the Nepali Congress and Prasanna Shrivastava from the Indian Embassy collaboratively initiated the development at Tribhuvan Secondary School, located in Inaruwa municipality.
Financially aided by India's grant of NRs 24.83 million under the Nepal-India Economic Cooperation, the project will construct a double-storied structure with facilities, accommodating 750 students—55% girls. Tribhuvan Secondary School has been enhancing education since 1958.
