The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has unveiled a pivotal change in their exam schedule, announcing that starting 2025, the CA Final exams will be conducted thrice annually instead of the current biannual schedule, aiming to offer more chances to aspiring accountants.
This move aligns with global best practices, as emphasized by the ICAI, and ensures that the CA Final, Intermediate, and Foundation courses are uniformly held in January, May, and September each year. This provides students with significantly more opportunities to take these crucial examinations.
Furthermore, the ICAI's Post Qualification Course in Information Systems Audit will also transition to this triennial exam schedule, with tests in February, June, and October, enhancing convenience and access for its members.
