IIT Bombay Unveils Cutting-edge Cybersecurity and Software Development Courses

IIT Bombay launches professional certificate programmes in cybersecurity and software development aimed at working professionals. The online courses, lasting 12 months, offer an industry-aligned curriculum taught by IIT faculty. Starting from September 1, they address the critical skill gap in the country.

IIT Bombay has announced the debut of its professional certificate programmes in cybersecurity and software development, specifically tailored for working professionals.

These 12-month online programmes, offering a curriculum aligned with industry standards, will feature three courses taught by IIT Bombay's faculty, as stated by the institute.

"We aim to bridge the significant skill gap in our country through accessible and rigorous hands-on learning," remarked Prof Kameswari Chebrolu, the programmes' lead faculty. The courses are slated to commence on September 1.
