A Delhi court has instructed Virender Rana to pay over Rs 1.21 lakh as outstanding school fees to Bluebells School International in South Delhi.
The directive comes after the school filed a lawsuit against Rana, claiming long-delayed payments jeopardized its financial stability. Civil judge Yashu Khurana heard the case.
The court highlighted the defendant's absence from proceedings, which left the school's claims uncontested, leading to a ruling favoring the educational institution. Rana must also pay 10 percent interest on the overdue sum.
