IIMA Students Relocated Amid Middle East Tensions

All 35 students from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad's Dubai campus have been relocated to the main campus due to ongoing conflicts in West Asia, according to IIMA sources on Tuesday.
These students, who were pursuing a one-year MBA program that began in September last year, were in Spain for internships when the war erupted. An IIMA source stated that the decision was made to safeguard their academic year and avoid further travel to Dubai amid such instability.
As a result, students will continue their courses at the Ahmedabad campus through in-person classes until conditions improve in Dubai. This proactive measure aligns with the institute's commitment to delivering uninterrupted education and expanded global reach in management education, after inaugurating their first overseas campus in Dubai in September 2025.
