The tragedy of a young NEET aspirant's death in Landmark City has been officially classified as suicide following an analysis of CCTV footage, according to police reports. The victim, 20-year-old Dixit Prasad from Uttarakhand, was reportedly under immense stress due to his upcoming medical exams.

On Saturday, just a day before the pre-medical tests, Prasad allegedly jumped from the sixth floor, a decision spurred by his fear of not succeeding. Initial assessments suggested an accidental fall, but further examinations and a recovered suicide note confirmed the grim conclusion.

To combat the intense pressure on students, Kota's administration has implemented new mental health guidelines for educational institutions. This includes identifying early signs of psychological distress and providing necessary counseling support, alongside activating multiple helplines for students in need.
