Bharat Innovates 2026: Global Collaboration Catalyst

The Ministry of Education's Bharat Innovates 2026 roadshow in Paris aims to connect Indian deep-tech startups with global stakeholders. This initiative seeks to strengthen India's innovation ecosystem through international collaboration and investment in 13 frontier technology sectors, facilitating partnerships with investors and educational institutions.

The Ministry of Education on Tuesday organized a Bharat Innovates 2026 pre-event roadshow in Paris to connect Indian start-ups with global investors, corporates, universities, and research bodies. Scheduled for June 14-16, the Bharat Innovates initiative aims at bridging India's deep-tech startups with international stakeholders.

Joint Secretary K M Praphullachandra Sharma and Joint Secretary Govind Jaiswal addressed the congregation, emphasizing the significance of the India-France partnership in the global innovation ecosystem. Sharma highlighted the initiative's role in fostering international collaboration, while Jaiswal outlined investment opportunities for French and global investors.

The event underscored focus on 13 frontier technology sectors, with highlights on advanced computing, semiconductors, and next-gen communications, among others. The roadshow showcased Bharat Innovates 2026's investor-centric structure, aiming to facilitate impactful engagement through matchmaking sessions and sector discussions.
