Azad claimed these individuals, Dinesh Biwal and Mangilal Biwal, were involved in exchanging large sums to facilitate the leak and may have ties to the education ministry.

In response, the CBI has intensified its probe, arresting five individuals and conducting searches across multiple locations nationwide, as evidence of the scandal's breadth continues to emerge.
