ADEPS's designs training programmes for children to eliminate poverty from Vihiga Country of Kenya

To help provide a lasting solution to the ever persistent and high level of poverty in Vihiga County of Kenya, where communities lack the power of the mind and hands to enable them to effectively fight off poverty and improve their living standards, Alliance for Development and Population Services (ADEPS) is working to promote true career, professionalism and innovation in the region.

These efforts are being made by nurturing talents in a special way, by targetting children, taking them through a deliberate and proactive step by step process analyzing and discovering each child's underlying abilities and passions, mould and develop them according to their individual disposition. Here the emphasis is on setting up a strong foundation for them to grow into different meaningful and more enterprising professionalism that would help them be more competent in job creation and innovation, hence more productive.

This is done by training those involved in childcare on best ways to discover and develop passions in each individual child so as to reconnect them with their true best selves and the talents provided by nature. Here the emphasis is to develop the strength resident in every individual to enable them to take a dedicated and creative action for overcoming poverty.
