Ragging video at VSSUT goes viral; Education Minister orders a probe

According to news agency ANI, First and second-year students were allegedly ragged by senior students during the welcome meet at the Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology in Sambalpur today.

Skill Development & Technical Education Minister Premanand Nayak has ordered a probe into the incident.

Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), formerly known as the University College of Engineering, Burla, is a University Grants Commission (India) (UGC) recognized, Government of Odisha's Unitary Technical University located in Burla, Sambalpur, Odisha, India. It is the first engineering college of Odisha.
