How different android devices handle Fortnite Battle Royale

The Fortnite Battle Royale, developed by Epic Games, was originally contrived as a third person survival game where teams of players are required to hold of undead enemies with the help of mining resources and building defense structures. The initial version, Fortnite Save the World, is now a standalone game but the newer version is the latest sensation and a lot more fun. The all-new Fortnite Battle Royale feels like the perfect home for its previous version's wayward mechanics.

Epic Games made the game available last week and tried to keep it limited. For about three days since its launch, it was only available on the Samsung Galaxy S7, Galaxy S8, Galaxy S9, Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy Tab S3 and Galaxy Tab S4. Now the game is officially available for all the devices and hence a more prominent review of its gameplay and performance across various platforms can be made.

Also, it is to be noted here that Fortnite currently does not work if one has an unlocked bootloader, which can be of some hindrance.

The game trades with the traditional, bland military simulation with an explosion of colors and quirky terrains. The players have dropped off a flying purple bus onto a large but constantly shrinking map. The first few minutes requires the player to get hold of any guns available near sight so as to reduce the chances of getting killed.

Gamers were instantly crushing over the game's fun and chaotic interface and reviews flooded the online network of the game's performance across different mobile devices and graphics processing units in them.

Where the Samsung Galaxy devices were expected to deliver the game's utmost pleasurable experience, frame drops become quite frequent after some time into the game. Sacrificing with the graphics quality settings can run the game smoothly in them.

The OnePlus 5 and the OnePlus 6 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 runs the game excellently without any frame drop or dip in graphics quality.

The Honor 10 and LG V30, Xiami Mi Note 2 and ZTE Axon M and similar other devices could not handle the flamboyant graphics of the game, thus frame lags, device heat up and abort pop-ups floods in just a few minutes into the game.

We have seen reports that some players on 4GB Android devices are encountering an issue causing poor performance. This is due to multiple background applications running--leaving the device without enough memory for Fortnite. We are investigating and working on a fix!

The game henceforth demands a really heavy duty GPU with a RAM of at least 6 GB supporting that to enjoy it on high graphics.
