Julie Chen, the wife of former CBS Corp Chief Executive Officer Leslie Moonves, is stepping down from the daytime show "The Talk" on CBS, CNNMoney reported late on Monday, a week after Moonves resigned amid sexual misconduct allegations. U.S. audience for Emmy Awards show hits a record low

The U.S. television audience for the Emmy Awards slumped about 11 percent to a new all-time low, according to Nielsen rating data on Tuesday, drawing just 10.2 million American viewers. Last year's Emmy Awards ceremony, celebrating the best of television, was seen by 11.4 million U.S. viewers, which itself tied the previous record-low figure, reached in 2016.

SeaWorld, ex-CEO settle SEC charges they hid 'Blackfish' impact

SeaWorld Entertainment Inc and former Chief Executive James Atchison will pay more than $5 million to settle U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission charges that they misled investors about the negative impact of the documentary "Blackfish" on the company. "Blackfish," released in July 2013, had depicted as cruel the captivity and exhibition of orcas, or killer whales, including by SeaWorld.
