Maharashtra Sadan in Ayodhya: A New Home for Devotees

The Uttar Pradesh government has approved a 2-acre plot in Ayodhya for the establishment of Maharashtra Sadan, announced state public works department minister Ravindra Chavan on Sunday.

The request was made to offer state-run accommodation for devotees traveling to the Ram Temple from Maharashtra, Chavan revealed to reporters.

In March, the Maharashtra government decided to set up Maharashtra Sadan in Ayodhya, earmarking Rs 67.11 crore for the project.
