Lakshya Takes Center Stage: From TIFF to Screens with 'Kill'

Actor Lakshya makes his debut in the action thriller 'Kill', which gained recognition at the Toronto International Film Festival. Thanking the producers and director for giving outsiders a chance, Lakshya notes that the film, slated for a July 5 release, marks a significant milestone in his career.

Actor Lakshya, stepping into the limelight with his debut in the action thriller “Kill”, shared his experiences and gratitude during a press event this Monday.

The 28-year-old actor, alongside co-stars Raghav Juyal and Tanya Maniktala, recalled the moment their film connected with viewers at the Toronto International Film Festival.

'Initially, no one knew us there. But after the screening, we were recognized by the film’s title ‘Kill’. That’s a bigger victory than anything,' Lakshya said.

Expressing his thanks to producers Karan Johar and Guneet Monga, the actor highlighted the importance of giving outsiders a chance in the industry. Lakshya's journey, which took an unexpected turn after “Dostana 2” was shelved, now sees him eagerly awaiting the release of “Kill” on July 5.
