Actors Vineet Kumar Singh and Akshay Oberoi, who are busy promoting their upcoming film, 'Ghuspaithiya,' shared insights about the movie along with its director, Susi Ganeshan. In an exclusive interaction with ANI, Oberoi highlighted his experience working with Singh, emphasizing the strong professional bond they formed during filming.

'When you have actors whose egos died many years ago, you can work easily,' Oberoi stated. 'It never happened that Vineet thought Akshay was getting more footage or that I thought he was the hero of the movie. Both of us surrendered to the director and did the job. When your ego dies, your artistry can fly.' He added, 'Luckily, my co-star is like that, and I'm like that too.' Referring to his role, Oberoi mentioned, 'I am childlike in my mind; I am not this type of villain. But somewhere, the director saw something in my eyes and thought, 'If I shoot like this, then this negative side will come out.''

Reacting to his driver and personal assistant's first impression after watching the film, Singh said, 'They told me, ‘Sir, this is what is happening these days.’ I asked what they thought, and they replied, ‘Sir, this is what is happening today.' He advised, 'If there is any digital intrusion in your life, tell your family, friends, and loved ones. Without fear, go to the cyber police and inform them.'

Director Susi Ganeshan explained the relevance of the film, 'The title, 'Ghuspaithiya,' is very contemporary and connects with everyone in this social media era. Independent producers supporting content-driven films are dwindling. This project is a remake, but different from the original. You'll be surprised by the changes and the exceptional performances.'

Earlier this month, the 'Ghuspaithiya' trailer was released, unveiling a story about the dangers of the digital world, featuring Urvashi Rautela as a housewife obsessed with social media, Singh as a determined cop, and Oberoi as an intriguing stalker. The film promises a thrilling narrative with unexpected twists, set to release on August 9.
