Historic Kolhapur Auditorium Destroyed in Fire, Inquiry Ordered

The Keshavrao Bhosale Natyagruha, inaugurated in 1915 and considered part of Kolhapur's cultural heritage, was gutted in the blaze. District officials suspect a short-circuit triggered the fire, which began around 9:45 PM and was controlled by 11:30 PM.

Guardian Minister Hasan Mushrif and local leaders have vowed to rebuild the auditorium. The government reassures the public that a new structure will soon replace the historic site.
